Garbage disposal is an ongoing concern. The aim is to eventually reduce our demand. Therefore we ask that only small amounts of domestic rubbish be deposited. Larger and prohibited items must be taken to the Malakwa Waste Transfer Station or the landfill in Sicamous. The aim of the CSRD is to keep dangerous and toxic substances out of the landfills. Rates for disposal are very reasonable. at the landfill sites.

Sicamous has a Return-It facility that accepts cans, bottles, paper, plastic, cardboard , styrofoam and other recycling.

A reminder that the refuse area is monitored by security cameras and violators will be notified.

Storage Compound

A secure onsite storage yard is available for a monthly rental charge. Space is limited. Contact crvr.corp@gmail.com for more information.
